Alan Wake Remaster trailer shows just how much the graphics have improved
Xbox has released a new trailer for the upcoming remaster of Alan wake. Throughout the trailer we can see how much improved the graphics are for this new version.
The trailer focuses on the difference between the original Xbox 360 version, which dates back to May 14, 2010, and the Xbox Series X | S version of the version. Throughout the trailer, we see various scenes shown in the original. Alan wake, then watch it convert to its remastered graphics. We can see that everything looks a lot better and at the height of the current generation, with all the environments and characters having a lot more detail, while not taking anything away from what was in the original game.
The trailer promises that Alan Wake remastered will feature 4k visuals and improved cutscenes. We can even see that they’ve moved the UI in-game a bit, with your compass, health, and flashlight now much closer to the top left corner, while your weapon and ammo are now in the upper right corner.
Alan wake is a third person survival horror game that follows the main character. He’s a successful thriller novelist, whose wife mysteriously disappears while on vacation in a town called Bright Falls. The story sees Alan Wake travel to this town to investigate and try to figure out what happened to his wife. This game places a strong emphasis on using your flashlight as it is the only way to deal damage to the various enemies in the game.
The original Alan wake was released for the Xbox 360 and the PC. Alan Wake remastered will launch on October 5, 2021 and will be available on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and PC. You can check out the comparison trailer below.
