J. Michael Straczynski at Pen Pilot for “John Matherson” Adapted Novels
It seems like J. Michael Straczynski is looking to launch into the title of the busiest creative geek in pop culture right now. In the wake of the announcement that the screenwriter was preparing a major reboot of Babylon 5 for the CW, Hollywood Deadline exclusively reports that Straczynski is attached to the pilot’s pen for an adaptation of William Forstchenthe bestseller “John Matherson Trilogy” (A second later, a year later & The last day). With MPI Original Films ready to co-produce alongside Vince Gerardis‘Surprising Inc. (Game Of Thrones), the project exploited the MPI Rob pfaltzgraff and Stacey Parks & surprising Matt kennedy to executive production. Now here’s an official preview of the three-book series:
